Overland Park, KS (May 27, 2020) – Intouch Group, a full-service agency network serving the pharmaceutical industry, has promoted Kim Bishop to SVP, Managing Director Client Services. Bishop will lead the group’s seventh agency affiliate, Intouch Seven. In her new role, Bishop is responsible for overseeing business operations and financial performance as well as providing strategic leadership to achieve short- and long-term goals for Intouch Seven. She also focuses on building and enhancing strong relationships at senior levels, creating and maximizing growth opportunities, and measuring client satisfaction.

An industry veteran, Bishop brings more than 36 years of pharma and healthcare experience from both the agency and client sides. She first joined Intouch Solutions in 2003 as an account manager and since then has continued to apply her healthcare background to guide clients as pioneers in pharmaceutical marketing and advertising. With particular expertise in digital, Bishop’s work has garnered more than 100 industry awards and recognitions for clients and the agency.
