CHICAGO, IL (March 27, 2019) – Intouch Solutions, a full-service agency serving the pharmaceutical industry has announced the promotion of Raphaela Cristiano-Davis to senior vice president of finance. The announcement follows explosive financial growth in 2018, setting both revenue and profitability records.
Since joining Intouch as a financial account director in 2009, Cristiano-Davis has been an integral member of the team. Most recently, she served as the vice president of finance, focused on assisting with contract negotiation and the overall financial health of the agency. She also worked closely with client procurement teams to ensure the relationships remained transparent and strong.
“Among her many contributions to Intouch over the years, Raphaela has been instrumental in managing our client finances, revenue projections, procurement relationships, and building the client finance team as we grew from $8M to $140M in revenue,” said Chris Shirling, CFO Intouch Group.
In her new role as senior vice president of finance, Cristiano-Davis will support financial health and integrity for Intouch. She will continue to serve as a leader on the finance team, now managing a team of five direct reports. Cristiano-Davis will also continue to work closely with clients and procurement to grow business and increase profitability. In addition to developing client relationships, Raphaela supports executive leadership in all financial aspects and helps set the state to scale for further growth.
