Marty has been a creative leader for more than 20 years at both network and independent agencies. He started at Intouch as the first creative member of the Chicago team, and has led the creative department there since late 2012, building a roster of industry-leading creative talent steeped in pharma. Marty thrives on change, innovation, and creative problem solving. He’s a creative who knows how to translate audience needs into smart business solutions. Marty feels a real sense of purpose through creating work that helps patients, caregivers, and HCPs find the right information to make the best treatment decisions. Fun fact: Marty was part of a three-piece alt/punk band for about a decade, playing in mostly small venues in a 10-state region.

Need engaging, omnichannel brand-building solutions for immunology, virology, or women’s health? Joanna has launched multiple blockbuster drugs and worked on dozens of award-winning campaigns. She’s known for her no-nonsense problem-solving capabilities and is motivated by helping others succeed, be it through mentoring her team or changing patients’ lives for the better. We sometimes wish we could clone her. But we’ll have to settle for the fact that Joanna’s mom and husband are identical twins, and she herself has identical twin daughters.

Robert began his career helping start-ups establish their go-to-market strategies. Later, he focused on user experience and human-computer interaction for healthcare companies before moving into strategic planning. Robert’s graduate degree in sociology provides him with frameworks for effectively analyzing healthcare marketing and delivery challenges. With experience in a broad range of therapeutic areas from oncology to orphan disease to blockbuster general medicine, he’s helped organizations throughout the commercialization lifecycle including market preparation, launch, midcycle, and end of exclusivity. Outside of work, Robert loves hiking, yoga, and swimming.

Passionate. Driven. Never settles. With over 15 years of proven leadership in healthcare marketing, Alyssa is always ready to make a difference. She’s motivated by bringing new therapies to market in oncology, rare disease, and underserved conditions. One of Alyssa’s proudest achievements was leading the development of the first social network allowing board-certified physician specialists to share insights, start discussions, and collaborate with peers to improve patient outcomes. Alyssa is a morning person who loves travel, her family, and Southern California vibes.
